Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave's paralogues operate on strict deadlines, and they can be very easy to miss. However, they're among the most important optional quests you can take on. Paralogues are how you get certain plot-important characters to join your team later, and if you don't have time or don't want to play multiple routes, you can also use paralogues to get the three other Flame Lords to join you in Part 3, albeit in a limited capacity.

Below, we list all paralogues in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave and explain how they work and when you may — or may not — want to complete them.

The answer to that question depends on whose path you're playing, who you want in the endgame, whether you have time for multiple paths — or just how broke you are. Paralogues reward you with 20,000 gold each, so if you've spent all your gold bribing people with food and gift items, they're a solid way to get some cash back in your pocket.

Anyway, here's how Fortune's Weave 's paralogues work. Every Flame Lord, including the non-playable ones (that's Bertrand, Anatolia, Talimun, and Orchel), has a paralogue, and Anna does as well. Completing a Flame Lord's paralogue ensures they join your team in Part 3, though there is a caveat to note here. If you complete Leda's, Dietrich's, Cai's, or Theodora's paralogues, they join in Part 3 as guests only. You have no control over their class, leveling, or inventory.
