The first inventory upgrade bag is located in the security area, just before you open the duck door and enter the club. You will see this hallway earlier in the game, but the main doors are locked, so you have to go all the way around.

When you reach the main hall of this location, you will find a few cult members praying, with some others patrolling. Deal with them, and then follow the corridor where the left hand of the statue points. The end of this corridor leads to a locked door that requires a duck key card. But there is also another door here that opens to the security room.

If you check out the drawer in this room, you will find an inventory upgrade bag.

The next bag is located in a cabin in the cemetery. After you find the van's key and the eerie creature follows you in the woods, you will find yourself in a cemetery and meet the merchant again.

If you follow the wide stairs on the east side of the cemetery, it will lead you to a small cabin.
