When you're inside the hotel room, open the CRTV to find this signal at around 50%.

After solving the Human Organ Box puzzle in Zoe's House, open the CRTV to around 15%.
Enter the Pharmacy and look at the desk in the back room to find a CRTV Signal that must be aligned by using your controller.
When you exit the Clinic as Simon, open the CRTV to find the Signal at around 65%.
After opening Richard's Gift, you will be in the Otherworld. Navigate to Shorefront North and enter the second floor of the apartments, where you will find a CRTV Signal to align.
