As a result, some anime characters can actually manipulate the weather. There are not many weather manipulators in anime, but some stand out because of their combat ability.

Most of the strongest anime weather manipulators are humans, but several of them are spiritual beings. Many of these characters can control the weather because of abilities they were born with or acquired, but one needs to rely on technology. Lightning strikes are the most common weather-related power because of the offensive potential, but other characters can also make use of wind, rain, and moisture.

There are a handful of female One Piece characters who can surpass Big Mom , but Nami is not one of them.
