Disha (formerly Curelink) raises Series A led by General Catalyst

Disha (formerly known as Curelink), an AI-powered health coaching platform providing personalized diet, fitness, and chronic-care support, has raised Rs 43.88 crore in its Series A funding round.

The round was led by major global venture firm General Catalyst, which contributed Rs 38.20 crore, alongside participation from existing backer Elevation Capital. This new injection of capital elevates Disha’s post-money valuation by 52%, taking it from Rs 190 crore in its previous round to an estimated Rs 288 crore.

The platform is designed to provide 24/7 coaching in Hindi, English, and Hinglish across 15 different chronic conditions. It has scaled impressively, currently claiming over 70 lakh sign-ups, 3 lakh active users, and processing over 1.4 crore messages.

According to regulatory filings, Disha plans to utilize the fresh capital to further develop and enhance its proprietary AI models and technology infrastructure. It also plans to expand business operations and strengthen its capital base.

Following this allotment, General Catalyst holds a 13.33% stake, while Elevation Capital holds 9.96%. Founders Aman Singla and Divyansh Jain retain the largest stakes at 31.10% each. Prominent angel investors on the cap table include Paytm’s Vijay Shekhar Sharma and ShareChat’s Ankush Sachdeva.

Financially, Disha doubled its revenue to Rs 4.91 crore in FY25, while simultaneously narrowing its losses by 22.5% to Rs 4.45 crore.
