Temasek’s Seviora Plans Merger of Three Asset Management Businesses by 2027

Temasek-owned Seviora plans to bring three of its asset management businesses under one platform by January 2027.

The integration will combine Azalea Investment Management, SeaTown Holdings International and Seviora Capital under a unified operating model.

The move is targeted to take effect on 1 January 2027, subject to the necessary consents and approvals.

Gabriel Lim will remain CEO of Seviora, with Yeo Hong Ping continuing as COO following the integration.

Chue En Yaw, currently CEO of Azalea, will lead the group’s Global Fund Solutions business.

Fullerton Fund Management and InnoVen Capital will not be affected by the integration and will continue operating as separate legal entities within the group.

Seviora was established by Temasek in 2020 to bring together a range of investment strategies and asset management expertise under one group.

“Since Seviora was established in 2020, our AMCs have progressively built shared capabilities across areas such as sustainability, technology, human resources, and sales and distribution.

Coming together as a single platform is the natural next step – one that gives clients easier access, through a single relationship, to the breadth of our investment capabilities and allows us to invest more in our people, research and technology.”

The group intends to retain the investment expertise and track records of the individual businesses following the integration.

The combined business is expected to operate under the Seviora name. A review of the group’s branding is underway, with further details to be announced.
