Sygnum Brings Fidelity’s Tokenised US Dollar Offering to Singapore

Sygnum has opened access to Fidelity International’s tokenised US dollar liquidity solution for accredited and institutional investors in Singapore.

The offering is Fidelity International’s first tokenised liquidity solution and is issued on Sygnum’s Desygnate tokenisation platform.

It is available through Sygnum Pte. Ltd., its Monetary Authority of Singapore-licensed entity.

Managed by Fidelity International, the solution is issued and administered on-chain and publishes its net asset value (NAV) on-chain.

It first launched in Zurich in May 2026 and has attracted participation from asset managers, digital asset exchanges, stablecoin issuers and decentralised finance protocols.

“There is no tokenized finance without tokenised liquidity. This is Fidelity International’s answer to that imperative – combining over 30 years of fixed income expertise with blockchain infrastructure built for the digital asset economy.

Working with partners such as Sygnum, we are bringing together liquidity with digital-native infrastructure to deliver institutional-grade US dollar liquidity on-chain.”

“Singapore has been at the forefront of building a regulated framework for tokenization, and institutions here are ready for solutions that bring that work into practice.

Making Fidelity International’s tokenised liquidity available through our MAS-licensed entity gives accredited and institutional investors in Singapore access to a high-quality way of holding liquidity on-chain, backed by the strength of a global asset manager and regulated infrastructure.”
