Behavox has signed an $8m deal with Civo, the UK-based sovereign cloud and AI provider, to guarantee dedicated graphics processing capacity on British soil for handling confidential client information.
Under the arrangement, Behavox will run the AI models that power its products on GPU resources located within the UK. This means the sensitive material its clients hand over, such as staff communications and trading records, can be analysed without leaving the country.
The deal comes shortly after Civo revealed on 22 September 2026 that it had opened its flagship edge data centre in Hertfordshire.
The facility is the first of 40 sites Civo intends to establish across the UK, and the company is also planning to roll out the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform, with deployment aimed at 2027. For Behavox, the agreement follows a $175m preferred equity investment it received in June 2026 from HPS Investment Partners, which forms part of BlackRock.
Behavox counts global banks, hedge funds, asset managers, commodity traders and insurers among its clients. These firms depend on the company to monitor and safeguard some of the most confidential data they hold.
The Civo agreement is one piece of a broader expansion. Behavox is acquiring compute from several other neocloud providers to meet heavy demand from regulated sectors seeking low-cost tokens and agentic AI designed specifically for regulated businesses. This capacity is offered via Gigatokens (gigatokens.ai), an affiliated business that provides access to frontier models hosted on UK sovereign infrastructure, with no data retained as standard.
Behavox co-founder and COO Kiryl Trembovolski said, “The world’s largest regulated institutions rely on Behavox for compliance software and trust us with their most sensitive data.
