Agent Intelligence, announced Tuesday (Oct. 27), detects AI agents, scores whether they should be trusted, and links each agent to a verified person or business.

“The launch comes as the agentic revolution reaches every corner of the internet,” Socure said in a news release. “However, most organizations cannot differentiate traffic from new consumer agents: they cannot see them, do not know how many there are, and do not know what they are doing.”

Additionally, every agent places another layer between the action and the person behind it, and every verification method now in production at scale was created to evaluate a human, Socure added.

Agent Intelligence addresses these issues by detecting and classifying agents, with controlled lab tests showing that “named consumer agents” such as Muse and Instinct were identified with 99.99% accuracy.

The tool’s scoring system is based on identity, authorization and risk, with scores on each metric “returned separately, so customers can decide on the attributes that matter most depending on their use case,” Socure said.

Johnny Ayers , Socure’s founder and CEO, noted that the launch is happening at a moment when most companies continue to treat agents like bots and block them.
