Revolut Plans New Singapore Office, Targets S$350 Million Investment

Revolut plans to invest nearly S$350 million in Singapore over the next five years to support product development, business expansion and workforce growth.

The UK-based fintech has signed a five-year lease for approximately 8,880 square feet of office space at Collyer Quay Centre, with the new office expected to open in early 2027.

Revolut also plans to expand its Singapore workforce to more than 300 employees over the next three years. Its local headcount increased by more than 95% year-on-year in 2025, and the company is recruiting across engineering, product, data and artificial intelligence.

The investment follows Revolut’s second consecutive year of net profitability in Singapore in 2025.

Singapore will also continue to serve as a base for Revolut’s expansion across Southeast Asia, supporting regional product development and partnerships.

Revolut has also expanded its business offering in Singapore alongside its growing retail services.

Its local business customer base grew fivefold in 2025, while demand for its payment and cash management services continued to increase.

The company has introduced Flexible Cash Funds and expanded its merchant acquiring services in Singapore.

These include account-to-account, online and in-person payment capabilities integrated into its business accounts.

Between August 2025 and August 2026, Revolut Business recorded a threefold increase in both deposit balances and transfer volumes in Singapore. Card payment volumes rose tenfold over the same period.

Retail activity also increased, with domestic transaction volumes growing by more than 30% year-on-year in 2025. Domestic transactions now account for nearly half of Revolut’s total activity in Singapore.
