The appointments follow ANV Group Holdings Ltd.’s (“ANV”) acquisition of Open Lending in July 2026 and mark the next step in building Open Lending’s leadership team as part of ANV’s Credit & Protection platform.

Jessup, a co-founder of Open Lending, returns to lead the business he helped establish more than two decades ago. He recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer and has remained a strategic advisor to the company since 2022. Under his earlier leadership, Open Lending grew into a leading provider of automotive lending solutions serving hundreds of financial institutions nationwide, earning repeated recognition as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S.

Monaco joined Open Lending as Chief Financial Officer in 2025 and brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and strategic planning. He previously served as CFO of Arc Home and held senior finance leadership roles at PHH Corporation and American Financial Resources.

“Ross and Mass are the right leaders to guide Open Lending through its next phase of growth and value creation,” said Adam Karkowsky , Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ANV.
