One Mortgage System integrates property valuation technology into lending workflows

One Mortgage System (OMS), a provider of CRM and loan origination software for intermediaries and lenders, has embedded Rightmove’s automated valuation model (AVM) within its Originations platform, and specialist lender Molo is the first to put the feature into live use.

Through the new link, lenders running OMS Originations can tap directly into the property portal’s valuation technology. Properties that meet the eligibility criteria can now be valued by Rightmove’s AVM at the application stage, rather than through a separate process outside the origination workflow.

Because valuation data now sits inside Originations, lenders no longer need to move between different systems or enter the same details twice. OMS says this supports an earlier view of which cases are suitable and helps lenders identify where additional valuation work is needed. Molo’s adoption comes as OMS widens the selection of third-party services that lenders can access through its technology.

OMS builds CRM and loan origination tools that serve both mortgage intermediaries and lenders, with its Originations platform acting as the system through which lenders manage applications. The Rightmove integration marks the latest addition to that service range, with OMS positioning connectivity between tools as central to its lender offering.

OMS CEO Dale Jannels said, “Mortgage applications rarely slow down because of one major issue. More often, time is lost through a series of hand-offs, duplicated tasks and points where somebody has to wait for information before they can make the next decision.”

“That makes connectivity increasingly important.
