Moment welcomes Jason Broder, founder of SIMON, as strategic advisor

Moment, the AI partner for investment management, announces that Jason Broder, founder and former CEO of SIMON, has become a strategic advisor to the company’s leadership.

Broder founded SIMON in 2012 while at Goldman Sachs, where it became the first technology platform to deliver structured investments to the desktops of financial advisors. In 2018, he led SIMON’s spin-off into an independent company backed by a consortium of banks. By 2021, the platform was used by more than 100,000 financial professionals across the country. Broder served as SIMON’s CEO until its acquisition by iCapital in 2022, subsequently serving as iCapital’s Chief Product Officer. Earlier in his career, he spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs, ultimately becoming a Managing Director and Head of the Private Investor Product Group.
