Juspay expands global payments business as AI investment ramps up

Juspay, the Bengaluru-headquartered payments technology provider, is expanding its international payments business and investing in artificial intelligence (AI) platforms as it looks to strengthen its position across global markets.

The company processed 400 million transactions per day and serves more than 500 enterprises and banks, with annualised total payment volume exceeding $1tn. Juspay reports platform reliability of 99.999% and counts Agoda, Amazon, Decathlon, Flipkart, Google, HSBC, IKEA, IndiGo, LATAM Airlines, Recurly, super.money, Swiggy, Wego, Zepto and Zurich Insurance among its clients.

Alongside its core payments infrastructure, Juspay is developing AI products for enterprise operations and agentic commerce. Its offerings include Xyne, an open-source enterprise AI platform; Breeze Buddy, a no-code platform for voice-based conversational workflows; Breeze Universal, which enables agentic shopping experiences; and Juspay Genius, which applies AI to enterprise payment operations.

Xyne is built on a Unix-like architecture and designed to work across different models, allowing organisations to develop AI agents using their own business context while retaining control of their data. Breeze Buddy supports use cases including customer support, feedback collection and verification, while Breeze Universal enables banks, FinTech firms, marketplaces and brands to integrate agentic shopping into their customer journeys.

The company’s expansion comes as it reported FY26 revenue of $75m, up 24% in reported currency and 30% on a constant-currency basis. For the financial year ended 31 March 2026, revenue increased from $61m in FY25, compared with $39m in FY24. This represents a compound annual growth rate of approximately 39% over the two-year period.

Despite reporting a $10m net loss, Juspay recorded adjusted EBITDA of $4m after excluding non-cash employee stock option (ESOP) costs.
