Insurity, a cloud software provider for insurers, brokers and MGAs, has expanded its existing partnership with ReSource Pro, an insurance services and technology provider.
The expanded collaboration will combine Insurity’s cloud platforms with ReSource Pro’s insurance operations, technology services, managed support and process improvement capabilities.
The companies will work with carriers, MGAs and brokers on core system upgrades alongside the workflows, processes and services supporting those implementations. The aim is to improve implementation outcomes, reduce complexity and help insurers develop operating models that can scale across Insurity’s products.
ReSource Pro brings more than 20 years of insurance experience to the partnership, with services spanning policy servicing, underwriting support, managed services and AI-enabled automation.
The companies said the expanded relationship will help insurers connect technology implementation with operational readiness and longer-term performance, rather than focusing solely on replacing core systems.
Insurity serves 22 of the top 25 US P&C carriers and seven of the top 10 US MGAs, with more than 400 cloud deployments. Its platform provides technology, insurance expertise and analytics to support core system modernisation, operational improvements and policyholder experiences. The company is backed by GI Partners and TA Associates.
ReSource Pro works exclusively with the insurance industry and serves more than 3,500 carriers, brokers, wholesalers and MGAs. Its services include workflow optimisation, data and technology services and operating model transformation. The company has maintained client retention above 96% for more than a decade and has appeared on the Inc. 5000 list 17 times.
Insurity AVP of system integrator alliance partnerships Jeff Weiner said, “As our work with ReSource Pro continues to expand, we see an opportunity to help customers connect technology modernization with the operational changes that make transformation successful.
