An increasing share of value creation in the innovation economy now occurs in private markets. Yet despite their growth, these markets remain fragmented, opaque, and difficult to navigate. Information is dispersed, pricing is unclear, and liquidity can be difficult to access.
“Markets cannot function without clarity,” said Sim Desai, Founder and CEO of Clarity. “When participants understand pricing, process, and opportunity, confidence follows. And when confidence grows, capital flows. That’s why we’re building Clarity—to help power the capital market for highly valued private companies.”
The new name reflects a broader ambition. Since its founding, the company has helped investors and shareholders access liquidity in some of the world’s most sought-after private companies. As private markets have evolved, so has the business. Today, Clarity helps companies raise capital and manage liquidity, enables institutions to deploy capital with confidence, and facilitates turnkey access to the private market for RIAs.
The rebrand coincides with the launch of a significantly expanded platform featuring five major capabilities. A new funds marketplace helps investors discover opportunities aligned with their investment thesis and access a resale market for existing fund interests. Deeper in-platform insights into pricing, supply, demand, and company valuation facilitate informed decision-making for investors.
