Greenboard Launches GreenboardGo2.0, the First AI Harness Built for SEC & FINRA Compliance

Greenboard, the AI-native system of action for SEC and FINRA compliance, launched GreenboardGo2.0, the first AI harness built for compliance teams. It builds on GreenboardGo, the conversational AI layer Greenboard introduced in May, and runs across the whole Greenboard platform, so compliance teams can ask, configure and automate any part of their program from one place, with every step written to a WORM-based, 17a-4 compliant record.

GreenboardGo is a new category of product, and is effectively what we have been building towards since we started the business. I expect by 2030 AI harnesses will totally replace all other compliance software, and we’re the first to bring this to market.

GreenboardGo2.0 also works where teams do: in Slack, Teams, Claude and ChatGPT, with more than 240 Greenboard tools available over MCP. Everything runs inside the permissions the compliance team sets, and a person signs off before anything is final.

A foundation model alone can’t do compliance work, which depends on reaching the right policy, record, tool, and person at the right time. A harness supplies that connection, along with the firm’s context, its guardrails and an evidence trail an examiner can follow. Traditional platforms ship a fixed list of features.
