FinBursa Launches the Intelligent Front Office for Private Markets, Powered By Agentic AI

FinBursa launches FinBursa 360 the intelligent front office for private markets, built to run a firm end to end: investment CRM, deal management from origination to execution, virtual data rooms (VDR), fundraising campaign management, investor onboarding, investor reporting, and portals for investors and counterparties, all on one system of record used by both the sell side and the buy side.

Until now, a private markets firm’s technology has been a mix of legacy systems and disconnected tools. FinBursa resolves this challenge with one system, under one contract, that holds the firm’s relationships, deals, documents, and the counterparties it works with, with AI built in by design.

“Most private markets firms have spent heavily on AI and say it isn’t delivering yet. AI is only as useful as the information it can access and the actions it is permitted to take. For many firms, that information sits in five or six systems,” said Ismail Badereldine, co-founder and CEO of FinBursa. “Building or buying an AI layer across those systems is expensive and slow. Every new feature means more integration work, the firm has to keep permissions consistent across all of them, and it needs constant maintenance as each vendor changes its own system. We built FinBursa differently: one system for relationships, deals, and documents, and the investors, buyers, and advisers the firm works with, with AI built in.
