Easol’s extension funding round includes $20 million equity and a $10 million debt facility, and it brings the company’s total funding raised to date to $60 million, according to the release.
The Easol platform enables experience businesses to manage bookings, payments, marketing, support and guest data in-house, through one system, the release said.

The platform also enables these businesses to create artificial intelligence agents called Teammates that understand the business and can provide tailored support. These agents can, for example, identify recoverable payments or prepare outreach to customers who have a booking with no upsells booked, per the release.
Easol Co-Founder and CEO Ben Simpson said in the release that the founders launched the platform in 2021 to enable experience businesses to bring their technology in-house and have more control over their operations. Now, with the rise of AI, there are new ways the platform can help these businesses scale, he said.
“We believe the experience businesses that adopt AI will have a competitive advantage that will be transformative,” Simpson said in the release.
