The ChainFusion platform is designed to connect traditional financial infrastructure with both public and private blockchain networks. DACC says it features bank-grade hot-cold wallet segregation and real-time know-your-transaction and anti-money-laundering transaction screening. The company describes itself as a direct regulatory interface for tokenised assets, operating in alignment with circulars issued by Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
Serra Wei, co-founder and Chairwoman of DACC, said the audit was part of the company’s process for supporting retail digital asset bonds. “A stronger foundation for tokenised markets starts with security,” she said. Yuannan Yang, Director of Security Engineering at CertiK, noted that security must be considered from the outset as tokenised assets integrate more closely with mainstream financial markets.
The audit is a procedural step but a significant one in a market where institutional confidence in on-chain settlement infrastructure is still being earned. Smart-contract vulnerabilities have historically been a primary vector for losses in digital-asset markets, and a third-party review from a credentialled firm provides a degree of independent assurance that self-attestation cannot. CertiK, founded in 2017, says it has audited infrastructure protecting over $600 billion in digital assets and operates under SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 standards.
Hong Kong has moved deliberately to position itself as a regulated centre for tokenised securities and digital bonds. The HKMA’s Project Ensemble and SFC licensing frameworks for virtual asset trading platforms have created a clearer regulatory runway than exists in many competing jurisdictions. DACC’s claim to act as clearing infrastructure aligned with those frameworks places it in a structural role, not merely a product one, though the company’s regulatory licence status and its relationship to the established central clearing infrastructure were not detailed in the announcement.
