Curvestone AI joins Barclays Eagle Labs Scaleup Programme

Curvestone AI, a London-based RegTech company using artificial intelligence to automate compliance, has joined the Barclays Eagle Labs Scaleup Programme as it targets further growth across the mortgage and wealth markets.

The company is one of 25 businesses selected for the four-month programme, which is designed to help companies address the practical challenges associated with scaling.

The programme will focus on a different growth theme each month, covering leadership and operations, commercial performance, customer retention and expansion, and funding strategy. Participants will receive guidance from specialists alongside insights from entrepreneurs who have scaled their own businesses.

Curvestone plans to use the programme to strengthen its commercial operations as it expands further into the mortgage and wealth sectors. The company also aims to build relationships with other founders participating in the programme and the wider Eagle Labs network, while exploring potential partnerships with programme participants and partners.

Curvestone’s platform automates compliance and oversight processes for regulated businesses, including complete case-file reviews, financial promotions and financial crime controls. Its customers include UK mortgage brokers, networks, lenders and wealth advisers.

The company describes its technology as an AI workflow layer for complex, high-stakes processes, using AI workers to automate tasks that would traditionally be handled through manual and siloed workflows.

The platform is designed to improve the speed, accuracy and auditability of compliance processes and is used by compliance teams across financial services and insurance, as well as legal operations teams.

Curvestone is headquartered in Holborn, London, and raised £3m in a seed funding round in December 2025.
