The pit wall now hears every channel. CoreWeave-built AI transcribes and sorts 40 live radio channels within five seconds of each message.
Simulation is replacing some trial and error. Models trained on high-fidelity airflow simulations estimate the effect of design changes without running every full simulation.
AI is spreading from the car to the office. Cohere’s North platform is available to every team member, and Cognition’s agents handle software development tasks.
Aston Martin’s Formula One team now listens to 40 race radio channels at once, with artificial intelligence transcribing and sorting each message within five seconds, CoreWeave said. The system lets a race engineer ask how rival drivers are finding a tire compound and get an answer mid-race.

The Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team carries the luxury carmaker’s name and races out of Silverstone, England. It has added three AI partners in the past 18 months. CoreWeave handles AI cloud computing and race data, Cohere handles generative AI across engineering and operations and Cognition supplies AI coding agents.
Every Formula One team can legally listen to its rivals’ radio. Few can use it in time. At the 2026 Monaco Grand Prix, teams spoke more than 380,000 words across 50 hours of audio and 21,000 messages, according to CoreWeave. Before the new system, answering a question about rival tire wear meant pulling an engineer off other duties to search transcripts, a process that took several minutes.
