Allianz Singapore Offers Up to S$50 for Haze-Related Medical Treatment

Allianz Insurance Singapore is offering policyholders up to S$50 for outpatient treatment as haze conditions persist across the country.

The one-time reimbursement applies to insured persons aged 18 and above under Allianz Accident Protect Plus and Allianz Hospital Income Protect.

Eligible conditions include respiratory symptoms, eye irritation and skin irritation linked to haze exposure, as assessed by a registered medical practitioner.

Each eligible person on a family plan can also claim up to S$50.

New policyholders qualify if their policies were issued and took effect from 16 October 2026, provided they seek treatment at least one day after the effective date.

“The haze has been affecting many people across Singapore, and we want our customers to know that we care about their well-being.

This benefit is a meaningful way for us to support them during this time,”

Policyholders must submit claims within 30 days of treatment through the Allison chatbot on the Allianz Singapore website.

They must provide medical receipts and documentation from their doctor confirming the condition is haze-related.

Allianz will assess claims against its eligibility requirements, with a limit of one reimbursement per insured person.
