akta.pro, from Wokelo Inc., is the company data and signals API for the agent economy, giving AI agents structured, entity-resolved context on any company. Financial services and GTM teams use it to find companies, enrich records, monitor news and track alternative data, all on pay-as-you-go pricing.
We built akta.pro because our own agents needed it: company data, news and signals that resolve to the right company, priced for the way agents actually work.”
Since launch, akta.pro has signed marquee clients among Fortune 500 companies, top-tier private equity and venture capital firms, and leading consulting firms. akta.pro is backed by KPMG Ventures and leading investors in AI agents, including Untapped Capital, led by BabyAGI and Active Graph creator Yohei Nakajima. Array VC and Geek VC are also backers.

akta.pro began inside Wokelo, an agentic AI platform that financial services firms use to build agents for research and diligence workflows. As Wokelo’s clients put those agents to work, the same bottleneck kept surfacing: the private company data behind them was never made for AI. Legacy providers priced access by the seat and restricted or surcharged AI usage, making high-volume agent workflows too expensive.
Monitoring workflows raised a second set of problems. News feeds matched articles to the wrong companies, repeated the same story across dozens of publishers and lacked event tags, so every alert needed heavy post-processing before an agent could act on it.
Wokelo built its own data layer to fix both: entity resolution to tie company data, news and signals to the right company, and deduplication and event tagging to turn every article into one clean, labeled signal an agent can act on.
