Rita Ora Goes for Height in Towering Pumps and Dramatic Headpiece at the 2026 amfAR London Gala

Rita Ora attended the 2026 amfAR London Gala at The Chancery Rosewood on Friday. The singer arrived on the red carpet wearing a black sculptural ensemble with an elaborate wire and loop headpiece and a lofty pair of Saint Laurent platform heels.

She opted for Saint Laurent’s cult Tribtoo pumps, a high-heeled platform style from the early 2000s. The classic pump was modernized with a rounded cap-toe and a concealed platform that lengthens the legs. The slip-on pumps are crafted from glossy black leather and feature a branded insole, rounded toe and a massive stiletto heel. The slim heel measures 5.5 inches, providing a major boost in height.

She paired the shoes with a structured black tuxedo-style blazer dress featuring satin-trimmed peak lapels. The ankle-length dress featured a vertical row of side buttons and a slit with an asymmetric, cuffed hem detail. The dress was paired with an avant-garde sculptural headpiece.

The antenna-like element towering above her head was a structured, sculptural ribbon headpiece custom-designed by the legendary British milliner Philip Treacy, who was honored with the award of excellence at the event.

The second edition of amfAR London coincided with the Frieze Art Fair and the 2026 BFI London Film Festival. In addition to Treacy, the event also honored Jeremy Irons and featured special performances by Ora and Jamie Miller. AmfAR is dedicated to advancing scientific discovery and transforming global health with a primary and enduring commitment to ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
