MTG Marvel Commander Deck Bundle Drops in Price Again at Amazon, Now at All-Time Low

Magic: The Gathering may have headed into Middle-earth for its latest set, but don’t sleep on the Marvel Super Heroes set’s Commander decks.

Amazon was selling all four for $250 not long ago, but you can now save 38% and get all four for $184.95.

Thankfully, that’s not the case with Marvel Super Heroes, which is the current set. Not only are there four decks on offer, but buying them all in a bundle from Amazon can save you a few bucks right now.

As we mentioned when they first went on sale, there are some caveats. Yes, the Marvel precons are pricier than Universes Within decks, and priced even higher than last year’s Final Fantasy precons. And, like those decks, there are premium options that include all foils for a much higher fee.

We’re focusing on the standard versions here, and Amazon is offering all four for $184.95. That brings the price per deck down from $74.99 to $46.24, which is a very impressive discount - especially given Doom Prevails was once going for over $80 on its own.

As for which ones to pick up if you don’t want the bundle, I’ve been having a ton of fun with Avengers Assemble, helmed by Captain America, Team Leader. It has really strong hero synergies and a nice, simple game plan underpinned by iconic characters that do more or less what you’d expect them to.

Second choice is Wakanda Forever. This Black Panther deck is all about artifacts, including indestructible Vibranium that taps for mana.
