The world of Jujutsu Kaisen has seen the rise of several powerful sorcerers over the years, but only a select few have what it takes to be called the strongest. The most renowned sorcerer that exists in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen is Gojo Satoru, who was officially introduced to us in the second chapter of the original series. He was feared all over the world and was the mightiest in the modern era.

There is also Ryomen Sukuna, who is known to be the strongest in the history of the Jujutsu Kaisen world. Both Gojo and Sukuna met there, in Jujutsu Kaisen's Shinjuku Showdown arc. In the meantime, a new strongest sorcerer emerged in the era that followed, and this was none other than Yuji Itadori. In the sequel series Modulo, Gege Akutami, the creator of Jujutsu Kaisen, has now officially set up the death of Yuji Itadori as well as his revival as the new strongest in an era set 300 years following the current timeline.
