gamescom Opening Night Live 2026: Everything Announced

Opening Night Live 2026 is almost upon us, and with it comes the promise of big new gameplay reveals, plenty of new trailers, and a long list of announcements.

Taking place on August 25 at 11am PT / 2pm ET / 7pm UK time / 8pm CEST, with a pre-show 30 minutes before, Opening Night Live will see The Game Awards creator Geoff Keighley once again host a show full of reveals.

We've already run through what to expect from ONL 2026, but in short, CD Projekt has confirmed The Witcher 3 expansion, Songs of the Past, will be there in a big way, but don’t expect The Witcher 4 to make an appearance. We also know Final Fantasy VII Revelation, Gears of War: E-Day, Ananta, Tides of Annihilation, Metro 2039, and Warlock: Dungeons & Dragons will be at the show in one form or another.

We’ll be reporting live from gamescom, so be sure to check below for live updates straight from Opening Night Live!
