Spinny Expands OEM Partnerships to Build a Connected Automotive Ecosystem

Spinny, India’s leading full-stack used car retailing platform, is deepening its role across the automotive ownership journey through strategic partnerships with Nissan, JSW MG Motor India, and Tesla — covering buying, selling, exchanging, evaluation, refurbishment, and retail.

With Nissan India, Spinny powers a 55-minute vehicle exchange programme offering benefits of up to ₹75,000, helping customers get their existing vehicle evaluated and exchanged when purchasing a new Nissan. With Tesla, Spinny serves as a preferred exchange partner under the Switch and Save programme, helping customers sell their ICE vehicles as they transition to a new Tesla, including the Model Y Rear-Wheel Drive.

On the EV front, Spinny has partnered with JSW MG Motor India to strengthen the pre-owned EV ecosystem, addressing customer concerns around battery health, resale value, and long-term ownership confidence. The partnership covers the MG Comet EV, MG Windsor EV, and MG ZS EV, with customers benefiting from comprehensive battery health assessment and certification, OEM warranty continuity, transparent fixed pricing, and Spinny’s 5-Day Money Back Guarantee. The initiative spans 13 cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Hyderabad.

Mr. Vinay Raina, Chief Commercial Officer, JSW MG Motor India, said, “Building a strong and trusted pre-owned ecosystem will be critical to accelerating EV adoption. Our partnership with Spinny enables us to extend confidence across the ownership lifecycle while making electric mobility more accessible and transparent for customers.”
