Leadership team expands with Mike Fitzgerald as CRO and Samantha Williams as CCO
Testronic has appointed Sonia Kerr as CEO, succeeding Sharon Baylay-Bell, who moves into the role of company chair.
Kerr previously served as chief financial officer at XR Games and has experience in "leading high-growth digital businesses through transformation and expansion."
During Baylay-Bell's tenure as CEO, she led Testronic through a transition period that included expanding its global Centres of Excellence, introducing a new brand identity, and implementing its 'Player-Focused, Partner-First, and Outcomes-Led' strategy.
Testronic has also named Mike Fitzgerald as CRO and Samantha Williams as CCO.
Wallen was previously a client partner at Keywords Studios, joining as senior business development manager in 2018.
Williams joined Testronic in 2025 as a strategic advisor, becoming CRO then global CRO and head of Europe.
Earlier this year, Mike Wallen was appointed president and main board director of the company.
Testronic's executive leadership will support its "long-term strategy of investing in specialist expertise across its Centres of Excellence in Warsaw, Manila, and New Orleans" to enable "consistent, scalable, and player-focused delivery for client partners."
"Testronic has built an outstanding reputation as one of the most trusted QA partners in the global games industry," said Kerr.
"What immediately stood out to me was not only the calibre of the business and its expertise, but also its culture, its people and its genuine passion for helping clients create incredible player experiences.
"The games industry is evolving rapidly, creating exciting opportunities for businesses that combine technical excellence with true partnership.
