This marks the third round of job cuts at the Guildford-based studio in three years
Supermassive Games has announced a third round of layoffs in three years, potentially impacting up to 75 positions.
In a statement , the developer said the decision was a "necessary step to help ensure the sustainability of the company."
"We know this will be an incredibly difficult time for everyone, and our priority throughout the process will be to provide support to all those impacted."
Last July, the developer cut 36 roles as it postponed its horror title Directive 8020 from October 2025 to May 2026.
