With Gamescom and the 25th anniversary translucent green Xbox Series X on the horizon (for those with the cash to nab one), perhaps it's time to start looking around for similarly see-through accessories. So, of course Razer has announced new Xbox 25th Anniversary Edition versions of its BlackWidow V4 75% Mechanical Gaming Keyboard, Basilisk V3 Pro 35K wireless gaming mouse, and Hammerhead V3 X Hyperspeed low-latency AirPods-like wireless earbuds.
These are the same devices we've come to know in the past. IGN called the BlackWidow V4 75 Razer's "most thoughtful" keyboard back in 2023; it's a less featureful version of the BlackWidow V4 75 Pro that sits on IGN's best gaming keyboards list.
Like the existing V4 75s, the Xbox 25th Anniversary Edition features RGB lighting and hot-swappable keys, only now it's got a see-through green shell and keys, as well as a Razer and Xbox 25 logo-emblazoned wrist rest. Also, at $210, it costs $20 more than plain black or white models, and $10 more than other versions, like the existing translucent, but slightly darker-colored Phantom Green.
Then there's the $180 Basilisk V3 Pro 35K mouse and the $120 Hammerhead V3 X Hyperspeed earbuds. The Basilisk V3 Pro 35K can work wired, but also works over Bluetooth and ships with a Razer HyperSpeed Wireless Dongle, and should be good for up to 210 hours of battery live via Bluetooth.
The Hammerhead V3 X Hyperspeed features 11mm drivers and a shape that's very reminiscent of the 3rd-gen AirPods Pro, only, you know, kind of a pukey, see-through green.
