SanDisk's Zelda-Themed 1TB MicroSD Card Is on Sale for Its Lowest Price All Year

If you’ve been following the price of tech products lately, you’ve no doubt noticed prices have gone up on things like storage, RAM, and graphics cards. The price hikes have even affected tiny little microSD cards that go into everything from security cameras to Nintendo Switch. I’m not sure why, but the officially licensed Legend of Zelda-themed 1TB microSD card from SanDisk just dropped to the lowest price it’s been all year on Amazon. It’s currently $129.99, down from its usual $240.

That’s the best price you’ll find on any 1TB microSD card at the moment, Nintendo branded or not, so grab it before it’s gone if you could use more storage space.

Note that this is a standard microSD card that’s used in things like Steam Deck and the original Nintendo Switch. It’s not compatible with Switch 2, which uses microSD Express cards. It’s kind of confusing, but the bottom line is: Don’t buy this for your Switch 2, because it will not work in that system.

This particular microSD card is one of a series of Nintendo-licensed cards from SanDisk. Other storage sizes feature other Nintendo franchises, like a Mario Mushroom (128GB), Mario Super Star (256GB), and Animal Crossing (512GB). However, most of the other ones are either unavailable or overpriced.

99, a price it hasn’t been since last year. 99, the highest price it has ever been. So if you could use some more storage and you like the Zelda branding on it, grab this sooner than later.
