Nexedge Capital Nets $20 Mn To Scale HNI Wealth Management Platform

Wealth management startup Nexedge Capital has raised $20 Mn (₹191.4 Cr) in its maiden funding round co-led by Mirae Asset Venture Investment and Elev8 Venture Partners.

The startup, which offers bespoke financial services like investment planning, portfolio management, estate planning, to India’s HNIs, UHNIs, families and corporates, plans to utilise the fresh capital to strengthen its tech stack, expand network of senior bankers and its India footprint.

A portion of the funds will also go into building out complementary offerings such as a dedicated NRI proposition, an NBFC business, among other initiatives.

“Our maiden raise marks an important milestone in Nexedge’s journey… This capital gives us the ability to accelerate our banker onboarding, deepen distribution across the country, and offer our conflict-free Net Worth advisory to more families,” Nexedge Capital founder Anirudha Taparia said.

Launched in 2025 by ex-360 ONE Wealth executivesTaparia, Sidhartha Shaw, Vijeeta Sharma and Pankaj Walia, the wealth management and multi-family office platform claims to have crossed $3 Bn in assets under management (AUM) and over $5 Bn in assets under administration.

Over the eighteen months of its operations, the startup claims to have  grown its clientele to over 1,300 families, presence across 12 locations, and grown its employee base to over 240 and banker base to 95.

This is Elev8 Venture Partners’ second major investment since it closed its maiden ₹1,400 Cr fund in September 2025. Prior to the Nexedge investment, the VC firm led investment asset servicing startup Dovetail Capital’s ₹100 Cr Series A round in July.
