Anthro Energy breaks ground on electrolyte factory in Kentucky

Anthro Energy has begun construction of its first commercial electrolyte factory in the US state of Kentucky. From late 2027, the facility will produce up to 12,000 tonnes of polymer electrolyte per year – enough for battery cells with a total capacity of up to 25 GWh. The technology could also be used in semi-solid and solid-state batteries in the future.
