UPDATE: Christopher Wulf promoted to senior business development manager at Fellow Traveller, Julie Derhak joins Wizards of the Coast as producer on Dungeons & Dragons

It can be difficult keeping track of the various comings and goings in the games industry, which is why we compile them in semi-regular round-ups.

If you have new appointments or transitions in your company that belong here, please send the names of appointees, new role and company, and prior role and company to newhires@gamesindustry.biz.

Former Epic Games leader Ben Board has been appointed CEO at the CodeDev Group's optimisation division The Performance Guys.

Board previously served as business development director of the Epic Game Store and Unreal Engine, having joined the company in 2017 as developer support manager. He has held several key leadership roles at Bullfrog Productions, Lionhead, and BossAlien.

"Ben is a true industry heavy-hitter whose reputation and technical authority speak for themselves," said CodeDev Group CEO Myke Parrot.

"He understands game development from every angle – from coding engine scripts to managing

developer relations for the world’s biggest platforms and engines. Bringing Ben in as CEO of The Performance Guys sends an unmistakable message to the market: if your game has a performance problem on any engine, we have the best team on the planet to fix it."

Christopher Wulf has been promoted to senior business development manager at Fellow Traveler. Wulf joined Fellow Traveller in 2021, and previously worked for The Triple-i Initiative as senior business and event manager.
